Static Passbox is known to transfer materials between two equally clean environments and are designed to work with minimal personnel movement.

* UV light with Hour meter turns on when another door on the other side is opened.

Dynamic pass box is an airlock equipment which allows material to pass thru a normal area to a clean room area. Clean air enters in the pass box and prevents the entrance of the contamination with the help of filters installed in it.

Air shower room is a necessary passage for person or goods entering into the clean room and other controlled environments in order to minimize the amount of particulate contaminants. It is a self-contained air recirculation system. Since humans and products are the main sources of cleanroom contamination, these cleanroom entry systems quickly and efficiently remove particulate contaminants before they enter a clean space.

Personnel moves through the disinfection chamber while particulate contaminants are blew off by the clean high velocity nozzles installed in the room. The sanitization takes approximately 10 seconds. Contaminated air is then taken in through the base of the unit, filtered and re-circulated into the chamber. Air showers are up to 90% efficient in the removal of contaminants.
